1. Operators and agreement

This website is jointly operated by Cherrycom Worldwide SL and Yi Xiang. References to “Animate Goods,” “we,” “us,” and “our” in these terms refer to the website operators in connection with the services they provide. References to “you” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.

Cherrycom Worldwide SL has VAT number B01965813 and the registered address 3 Resurrection Street, Getafe, Madrid 28091, Spain. Yi Xiang has the company address Room 7-2-1, Dongcheng International, No. 796 Ya’ai Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. The Spanish registered address is not a return address. Please use the return process described in Section 6 before sending an item back.

These terms cover website use and purchases made through the website. The product description, selected options, agreed order details, and applicable delivery and return information also form part of your purchase arrangements. Any separate written agreement applies to the matters it expressly covers, subject always to mandatory consumer protections. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled; accepting these terms does not itself constitute consent to optional marketing.

You must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase contract, or appropriate authorization from a person who does. If you order on behalf of someone else, you must have authority to provide their details and make the purchase. Provide accurate contact and order information so that we can process the order and reach you about any issue.

If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. We may take proportionate steps to protect an account or investigate misuse. An account-security restriction does not remove rights or obligations relating to a valid existing order.

2. Products and personalization

Our collection includes framed vintage audio pieces and products with made-to-order personalization. Before purchasing, review the individual product description, dimensions, materials, available options, and any statements about condition or functionality. Features of one product should not be assumed to apply to another.

Vintage components may have individual surface marks, ageing, or other differences associated with their history. Product images help illustrate the design, but screen settings, lighting, and the characteristics of individual components may affect appearance. This does not permit us to supply a materially different product or disregard features, condition, or functionality expressly promised in the listing or agreed for your order.

For personalized products, check the spelling of names and messages, the chosen layout and options, and the photograph or other material you submit. Image resolution, cropping, and the proportions of the available print area may affect the final result. A digital preview or reference sample illustrates the proposed design and may not reproduce physical colors or finishes exactly.

Where we ask you to review a layout or clarify instructions, respond using the contact details associated with your order. Any production approval we request should be based on a careful review of the details provided. A preview is not a promise that every order includes a separate proof or an unlimited number of revisions.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error or want to change your instructions. The available changes depend on the work already completed and the nature of the request. Any proposed additional charge or revised timing must be explained and agreed before the additional work proceeds. Your responsibility for supplied details does not excuse an error we make when carrying out the agreed instructions.

3. Orders and production

Before submitting an order, review the product, quantity, personalization, billing and delivery details, and the total presented for payment. Your order is formally accepted when payment for that order is successfully completed. A pending payment or temporary authorization hold is not a completed payment. An automated acknowledgement sent before payment is completed records receipt of your order information only. Acceptance of your order does not by itself mean that personalization has been approved or production has started.

We may contact you to resolve unclear instructions, confirm production requirements, or address a payment or delivery issue. If necessary information is missing, the affected work may need to wait until it is provided. We will explain any resulting change to the expected schedule when it becomes known. Silence in response to a proposed material change is not treated as agreement to it.

If we discover that an item cannot be supplied as described, or identify a material pricing or description error, we will contact you about the available options. We will not substitute a materially different product or increase an agreed price without your agreement. Any cancellation of an accepted order must comply with the contract and applicable law.

We may decline an order where it cannot reasonably be fulfilled, payment cannot be verified, or there are reasonable grounds to believe the transaction is fraudulent or unlawful. If we cancel an order for which funds have been received, the amount due for the cancelled items and any related refundable charges will be returned through the original payment method unless another method is legally required or agreed with you.

Production and delivery estimates depend on the product, personalization requirements, and relevant operational conditions. If a particular date is essential, contact us before ordering to establish whether it can be expressly agreed. Estimates do not limit any statutory rights relating to delayed or failed performance.

4. Prices and payment

Review the final payment summary before authorizing payment. It identifies the amount and currency presented for the transaction, including selected options and the charges disclosed for the order. Prices may change for future purchases; a later price change does not by itself change an already agreed order price.

Shipping charges and tax information are provided at checkout or otherwise disclosed before you commit to the order. International deliveries may involve duties, import taxes, or clearance charges not collected by us. The applicable arrangements are explained in the Shipping Policy. Where a charge cannot reasonably be calculated in advance, the obligation to pay it must be disclosed as required by applicable law.

Use only the payment methods presented for your order and ensure you are authorized to use the selected method. A payment provider may require authentication or conduct security checks. A pending authorization or temporary bank hold may differ from a completed payment. Contact support if the provider's record and your order status do not appear to agree, and avoid submitting repeated payments while the discrepancy is being checked.

Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or fees under its own agreement with you. Review any conversion offered before confirming the transaction. We do not ask you to send full card details, wallet passwords, or one-time authentication codes by email or support message.

If you believe a payment was duplicated or incorrectly charged, send us the order reference and a description of the issue without including sensitive credentials. We will review the transaction information available to us. Refund processing by us and the time needed for your bank to display the credit are separate stages, subject to applicable refund deadlines. This support process does not remove rights available through your payment provider or applicable law.

5. Customer content

You retain the rights you hold in photographs, names, messages, and other material you provide. By submitting material for an order, you confirm that you have the permissions needed for its intended use, including any relevant copyright and permissions from people whose personal information or images are included.

You grant the operators limited permission to receive, store, review, crop, resize, format, and reproduce that material as reasonably necessary to prepare the agreed personalized product, fulfil the order, and provide related support. Necessary material may be shared with service providers involved in those activities, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your content or authorize unrelated advertising, public portfolio use, or AI model training. If we wish to use identifiable customer material for an additional promotional purpose, we will seek separate permission where required. Personal information, retention, service providers, and privacy requests are addressed in our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit unlawful material, content that infringes another person's rights, or files intended to damage or compromise our systems. We may ask for clarification or decline to reproduce material where there are reasonable concerns about its legality, permissions, or suitability for the requested production process. Where possible, we will explain the issue and discuss a replacement submission or another appropriate resolution.

Keep your own copy of submitted files. If you ask to change or remove material, contact us promptly: work already performed may affect production options, and some records may need to be retained for lawful order, accounting, security, or dispute-handling purposes. Requests concerning personal information remain subject to the rights explained in the Privacy Policy.

6. Shipping, returns, and cancellation

The Shipping Policy explains destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, customs, and delivery problems. Provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact us promptly about any correction. Once a parcel has been dispatched, a requested change may depend on the carrier's available services. Any proposed additional redelivery charge must have a lawful basis and be explained to you.

Contact us if an order is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what was agreed. Include the order number and, where reasonably available, photographs of the item and packaging. Retaining packaging can help an investigation, but an unboxing video is not a condition for exercising statutory rights. Carrier investigations do not remove our legal responsibilities to you.

For goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal preference, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Contact us as early as possible if you wish to change or cancel an order. Any request will be assessed in light of the product, work already completed, and your applicable rights; a requested change or cancellation is not guaranteed. Any proposed cost must be explained and have a valid contractual and legal basis.

Where EU distance-selling withdrawal rights apply, consumers generally have 14 days from receiving goods to notify the seller of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions. Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized may fall within an exception. An item is not automatically exempt merely because it is assembled or produced after an order is placed. Applicable withdrawal information and procedures must be provided for eligible purchases.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, is incorrect, or does not match the confirmed personalization requirements, please contact us. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide repair, replacement, refund, or another required remedy. Restrictions on change-of-mind returns and exchanges do not affect these rights. Nor does “vintage,” “personalized,” or “final sale” wording by itself remove mandatory rights.

Please contact vip@animategoods.com before sending a return so that we can provide the correct recipient details and instructions. The return address currently identified in our Return Policy is Yi Xiang, Room 7-2-1, Dongcheng International, No. 796 Ya’ai Road, Yinzhou District, Ningbo, Zhejiang, China. This coordination process does not make a valid statutory withdrawal notice dependent on our prior approval. Return costs, refundable delivery charges, and refund timing are determined by the applicable policy and mandatory legal requirements.

7. Website use and intellectual property

You may use the website to browse products, place legitimate orders, manage your account, and obtain support. Use the services lawfully and respect the rights and security of other users. You must not impersonate another person, submit deceptive order information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse another person's account or payment details.

Do not introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or account services, bypass access controls, or use automated requests in a manner that disrupts website operation. We may restrict activities that reasonably threaten security or service availability. Any restriction should be proportionate and does not extinguish rights relating to a valid purchase.

The website's original text, design, photographs, graphics, and brand materials are owned by or licensed to the operators unless otherwise indicated. You may keep copies of product and order information for personal reference and exercise any uses permitted by law. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or use of protected materials requires the relevant rights holder's permission unless a legal exception applies.

Third-party product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance in a product description identifies the relevant product or component and does not, by itself, establish sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Buying a physical product does not transfer intellectual-property rights in the website, brand, or third-party materials.

Links to external websites may provide additional information or access to an independent service. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. An external link does not change our responsibilities for the products or services we agree to provide.

8. Service availability and liability

We take reasonable care to maintain accurate information and reliable access to the website. Maintenance, technical faults, network interruptions, or security measures may temporarily affect access. If an interruption affects your order, contact us using the support email so that the issue can be reviewed independently of the affected website function.

If we become aware of an error in information relevant to an order, we will address it and communicate any material effect on that order. General website availability qualifications do not override an agreed product description, an express commitment, or a statutory obligation to supply conforming goods.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects performance, we will take reasonable steps to reduce its impact and explain available options when practicable. Such an event does not automatically permit indefinite delay or retention of payment for goods we cannot supply; applicable cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.

We are responsible for loss or damage to the extent required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. They do not remove statutory guarantees or remedies for non-conforming goods.

Any assessment of liability for indirect losses, loss of profit, or losses linked to use of the website must follow applicable law and the circumstances of the transaction. These terms do not impose a blanket waiver of consumer remedies or a fixed financial cap on liability. If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue only to the extent that they can lawfully operate without it.

9. Governing law and resolving concerns

These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. This choice of law does not deprive a consumer of protections provided by mandatory rules that would otherwise apply under the law of the consumer's country of habitual residence.

If you have a concern about a product, payment, delivery, or the way these terms have been applied, contact vip@animategoods.com with your order reference, a description of the issue, and the outcome you are seeking. We may request information reasonably needed to investigate and will explain our position and any proposed resolution.

Contacting us is intended to help resolve the matter and does not prevent you from seeking assistance from a competent consumer authority, using an available dispute-resolution procedure, or exercising rights through your payment provider. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or make a support investigation a prerequisite to exercising a statutory remedy.

The courts that may hear a dispute are determined by the applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these terms requires a consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in Spain where mandatory rules allow proceedings elsewhere. A complaint or discussion with support does not by itself extend any legal deadline, so preserve relevant order records and act within applicable time limits.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in products, services, operating arrangements, or legal requirements. The effective date displayed on the published page identifies the version in use. We will provide any notice of material changes required by applicable law.

An update does not retrospectively change the terms of an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or specifically agreed with you. For a new purchase, review the terms available before placing the order. We recommend retaining your order confirmation and the version relevant to that purchase.

For questions about these terms, an order, or a policy, email vip@animategoods.com. Include your order number where relevant and use the email address associated with the order when possible. Do not include passwords, full payment-card details, or authentication codes.

The operators will coordinate enquiries as appropriate to the issue. For delivery, returns, and personal-information requests, consult the Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy. Their procedures remain subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
