What do I need for audio playback?

For audio playback, use USB-C power and connect the 3.5mm headphone / audio output to an external speaker with an audio cable. There are no built-in speakers. No additional accessories, cables, or external speakers are included; optional add-ons are sold separately.

Is shipping free to my destination?

Free shipping to eligible destinations. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout. Selecting a country does not by itself confirm delivery. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included unless expressly stated at checkout.

How is personalization shown?

We show a completed reference sample with a name, message, and one optional photo. We review the final layout with your order.

How does payment work?

Checkout confirms the final cart total with WooCommerce before opening the selected secure payment method. Browser-entered amounts are never trusted.

How is the final price calculated?

Your selected frame and personalization options are included in the WooCommerce cart total before payment begins.
